Larry's Marketing Plan

1) Place your home on the web-site.

2) Provide you with a current market anaylsis to you you establish the most effective price for your unit.

3) Fill out the listing paperwork.

4) Order required disclosures and assist you in filling them out and help in scheduling a termite inspection.

5)Walk through the home and give you pointers on how to enhance it so it shows to its fullest potential.

6)Take digital photographs of the interior and exterior.

7) Enter the listing information and treansfer digital photographs into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) via computer for instant access.

8) The listing will be linked to the Coldwell Banker website and website providing you with 24/7 coverage containing photos of your home.

9) Photo ads will appear in the Los Angeles Times and additional photo press releases and weekly advertising will be submitted to our corporate advertising department.

10) Color brochures will be placed in the home in a flyer stand.

11)The picture brochure will be placed in the Calabasas Coldwell Banker office "picture window" for public viewing.

12) The Coldwell Banker office caravan will take place from 10:30am-12:30pm on the first Wednesday of within listing and all the offices in the San Fernando valley will be invited.

13) The San Fernando Valley Brokers open house will be at 11:00am-1:00pm on the first Tuesday or Friday after listing.

14) A direct mailing brochure advertising the property will go out to all the condos in the complex and homes in the area.

15) I will call and/or e-mail all the agents who have shown the house for feed-back.

16) If desired, I will place a computerized lockbox that will allow access for realtors to show the unit.

17) I will communicate regularly with you, providing you with the feedback, copies of your advertising and keeping you up-to-date with new and sold properties in your neighborhood and any related news.
